Junil was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. He came in with a fair price and answered all my questions. He showed up when he said he would and he did a great job making my 10 year old trex deck look like new. He also took care of my railings and deck furniture, a thorough job. He also was aware that trex is sensitive to power washing and used a power washer with a low PSI that did a great job. I highly recommend Revitalized Solutions for deck cleaning.

I had Revitalized Solutions come out to my home in Clarksburg to soft wash the exterior of my house and clean my concrete driveway. The siding had years of green algae and mold buildup that I’d been ignoring — within a couple hours, it looked brand new. Junil was on time, professional, and walked me through exactly what products he was using and why. The driveway went from dark gray and stained to looking like it was just poured. Total transformation. I’ve already recommended them to two neighbors on my street. If you’re in the Clarksburg or Moco area and need pressure washing or soft washing done right, this is the company to call.

The gentleman was very communicative, via text which I appreciated. He did a very nice job on our stamped concrete and stone patio and walkways. He didn't do a five-star job on the furniture, but I did ask him at the last minute if he minded doing it and he didn't charge me anything extra so I am not complaining. He was respectful of our plants and belongings. In general the company was very easy to deal with from beginning to end. I'm glad I chose them after a lot of research and I will choose them again next time.

I did not use any solution on the furniture and was under the assumption you just wanted the furniture rinsed down not fully washed, I do normally charge extra for furniture, but I am glad you are happy with everything and Ill keep that in mind next time and make sure everything is spotless! We have pavers that are over a decade old, as part of a backyard patio that we like and use very much. I was very pleased to see the many positive reviews for RS LLC and contacted Junil for an estimate. The process was quick and he spent parts of two days cleaning the pavers, taking out the old polymeric sand and applying the new materials. He had a terrific attention to detail and fully communicated the entire time. I'd recommend to anyone looking for this or comparable work. I did ask a handyman and contractor that we've used for other work, and he couldn't match the price.
