Showed up on time, accomplished everything expected, and took great care in applying sand in all patio cracks and crevasses; watched the weather to insure process wouldn't be washed away or effected in any way by rain. Highly recommended.

Recently had Junil come and clean and protect my 3 flagstone back patios. He did an excellent job. Communicated well with me through the cleaning and was able to finish on time and as promised. My patios had mold and fungus growing on them as well as effervescence too. They look brand new again and are protected now for 5 more years. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Junil was really helpful with my short notice request for his services. I needed the power washing within the week and he was very accommodating with my already tight schedule.
He was incredibly patient with me and my questions as, since I was the middle man for my friend, there was a lot of back and forth discussion around pricing and different combinations for the bundled service needed.
When I asked to reschedule to avoid some anticipated bad weather he was very responsive and worked with me to find a better date and time that worked with my limits and needs. When the day came he made quick work of what needed done and at no expense to quality. I’ve added some before and after pictures for the back deck that USED to have a whole lot of algae on it.
He is definitely the correct choice to go for when in need of power washing and house washing services. I really appreciate his work and work ethic.
